Also at the penultimate performance of the Osiris Trio, this unsurpassed ensemble draws attention to new music composed especially for them. The American composer Ron Ford, a former student of Louis Andriessen and living in the Netherlands since 1983, wrote 12 short contrasting movements for them. The piece will be performed at the Orlando festival which celibates its 40 years anniversary this summer.
