Capella Brabant presents a theater concert for mixed choir, organ, electric violin and actress. A composition assignment has been given to composer Lucas Wiegerink for this. Violin: Emmy Storms, Goddess of Peace: Nadia Amin, organ: Arno van Wijk, stage text: Jibbe Willems, director: Saskia Bonarius. Each performance is preceded by a lecture. The disclosure of the manuscripts of ‘Querela Pacis’ by Erasmus is supported by Dr. John Tholen, Curator of Heritage Collections at the Rotterdam Library. The Rotterdam Library holds unique writings by theologian, philosopher, writer and humanist Desiderius Erasmus.
