Aspasia Nasopoulou: new piece for percussion

Nieuwe Noten Amsterdam offers a stage for contemporary chamber music. Adventurous and small-scale performances, new compositions and leading musicians; in Plein Theater you get the chance to experience new music in an intimate atmosphere every month. The curators and artistic directors of Nieuwe Noten Amsterdam are composer Aspasia Nasopoulou and bass clarinetist Fie Schouten. 

The program will include solo’s and duo’s for piano and percussion by Iannis Xenakis, Aspasia Nasopoulou and Philippe Hurel.

New piece by Aspasia Nasopoulou for percussion solo has been written specially for Agostinho Sequiera who will perform the premiere.
