Calliope Tsoupaki: Vesper

Calliope Tsoupaki: Vesper

The AUK chamber choir programme includes works from the 16th century (Hands, Desprez, Gabrieli) and 21st century (Lang, Mäntyjärvi, Thorvaldsdottir, Uusberg and Calliope Tsoupaki). In all associated languages. The connecting element is the effect that you can achieve with this music in a large reverberant space, something for which the Oosterkerk is very suitable. The musicians will therefore not stick to a fixed arrangement or location.

  • Composer(s) Calliope Tsoupaki
  • Title(s) of the Work(s)

    Vesper

  • Performer, Ensemble or Orchestra AUK chamber choir, Alfrun Schmid conductor
