Fred Momotenko

Fred Momotenko is a Dutch composer of Russian ancestry. After his education at the University of Music in Moscow (percussion) he continues the studies in composition in the Netherlands by Alexander Hrisanide, Willem Jeths and Roderik de Man. His works are positively assessed by the jury of the VSB Compositie Prijs (2002, Amsterdam), the Henriëtte Bosmans Prijs (2006, Utrecht), The Free Sounds Organisation, Linux Audio Organisation (150-Years-of-Music-Technology Composition Competition Prize 2010) and The EmuFest 2010 Prize (Roma, Italy).
