Bernard Benoliel: Organ Sonata

In addition to his work as a musicologist for the Ralph Vaughan William Trust, the American composer and musicologist Bernard Benoliel (1943-2017) composed in his Amsterdam pied-a-terre. Jan Hage plays Benoliel’s Organ Sonata, his only solo work for organ. Jan Hage completes the program with a tribute to Jan Welmers, who passed away last month.
