Trio Estatico performs in the Amstel Church!

The programme features a special collaboration between Trio Estatico and Dutch composer Bianca Bongers, whose work Mitte for viola trio will premiere at this concert. Together they formed the concept for this surprising programme: a continuous listening experience, full of new works by internationally talented composers, who were previously selected by the ensemble in their Composers Workshop 2021. We will also hear the premiere by Slovenian composer Nina Šenk of the second version of her virtuoso, tranquil work ….da kehrte die Ruhe ein…, which will finally be performed here after two years. A unique and intimate concert, which, with various spatial arrangements of the musicians, puts the listener centre stage!
