Bram Kortekaas: Raas and the Basketball

Looking to share a new musical adventure with your kids? You’re all welcome to join us for this special Children’s Concert in the Recital Hall of the Concertgebouw.

Bam!! With a bang, a ball flies through the open doors of the tram.

There you are with your wheelchair… No, your racing chair! Raas has to go after it. And that leads to some strange adventures with some crazy characters. Raas makes the acquaintance of the tall heron, the hot-headed coot and the rotten rat…

But that’s all we’re going to say for now because you have to see this present-day musical adventure story full of humour and excitement for yourself! So come to the Recital Hall on 20 November. And bring your parents or grandparents along because it’s sure to be great fun for them, too!

When you think of Indonesia, the spicy scents of the oriental kitchen probably come to mind. But perhaps also wajang puppets, chirping monkeys swinging through the jungle, or a volcano that could erupt at any moment. Or the traditional dances in beautiful clothing.
