During this memorable afternoon at TivoliVredenburg, we celebrate ten years of the Composer of the Netherlands. Specially for this occasion, you’ll hear and see all the Composers of the Netherlands (and the Children’s Composers!) from the past decade on stage. Willem Jeths, Mayke Nas, Calliope Tsoupaki, Martin Fondse, and Anne-Maartje Lemereis will take you on a musical journey together. They’ll reflect on an extraordinary ten years, their experience as Composers of the Netherlands, and look ahead to the future. The icing on the cake will be the festive unveiling of the New Composer of the Netherlands, who will take over from Anne-Maartje on the spot.
