Our world has quite a few unique creatures flying around, and May is their busiest month. These and other birds of paradise, and especially their elusive song, have been a source of inspiration for composers for centuries. The Utrecht-based Insomnio presents a catchy program with the refined work of the Korean Seung-Won Oh, with 40 digital birds from as many speakers through the hall in work by Harvey and with a brand new sound this spring by Jacob Ter Veldhuis.
