Sound constitution

A musical tribute to 75 years of the German Basic Law

What does dignity, freedom and participation sound like? The 12 vocal soloists of the renowned ensemble AuditivVokal Dresden will take you on an inspiring musical journey through the fundamental rights of our Basic Law, whose 75th anniversary we will celebrate in 2024. Experience exciting musical statements on freedom of expression and participation as well as melodious works that encourage you to think about basic musical laws.

In addition to world-famous compositions by Olivier Messiaen and Bernat Vivancos, you will experience three world premieres this evening: Hear works by Peer Baierlein, Miranda Driessen and Richard Röbel. Another highlight of the evening are new arrangements of local folk songs from Upper Lusatia – presented in the authentic Upper Lusatian dialect. Let yourself be inspired by the diversity and depth of this concert: for dignity, freedom and participation.
