In the annual concert series Welcome to Calefax-land, Calefax invites Dutch celebrities on stage. Someone who isn’t a musician, but has a passion for music. This person is more than just a guest: they create the concert programme together with Calefax and host the evening. The guest of this second edition is Paulien Cornelisse, one of the most creative and original Dutch minds. On the program also a new piece ‘Enivrez-Vous’ by young Dutch composer Jan-Peter de Graaff.

On March the 5th, 2019, the BBC Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Jac van Steen, will give the UK premiere of 'Le café de nuit' of Jan-Peter de Graaff, as part of their 'Hear and now'- broadcast series for BBC Radio 3. The piece will be performed and recorded during a live concert at the BBC Maida Vale Studios in North London.
