Jeroen D’hoe: Myriad

Get ready to discover the talents of the Youth Orchestra Flanders! The youth orchestra that saw the light of day in 2018 celebrates its first cycle of five years with one of the fundamental works of the symphonic repertoire. Martijn Dendievel leads the musicians of tomorrow’s orchestra in Mahler’s First Symphony, and we have a front row seat to experience the masterful sound of the late Romantic. The Youth Orchestra Flanders will once again perform Myriad, a specially composed ‘birth chart’ by Belgian composer Jeroen D’hœ that was introduced to the audience at its first performances.
