John Franek: RHIZOME
RHIZOME is a listening experience which explores the limits of focused listening and memory.
Following both sessions listeners will be presented with a Questionnaire aimed at capturing qualitative responses to their listening experience, and select listeners who attend the second session will be chosen for an extended interview with the composer.
The installation will be presented at the HAMU Gothic Tower on June 6th in two listening periods, the first during 14:00 – 14:50 and the second from 15:00 – 15:50.
