Lavinia Meijer plays JacobTV

Untitled 3 – Dutch tour

A musical museum. She calls it herself. Harpist Lavinia Meijer. One of the most exciting musicians of our time. She builds a comprehensive work of art in a series of untitled performances. From different angles. With surprising connections. And cross-pollinating input. Each time, a different discipline. For this edition, Untitled 3, Lavinia tapped some prominent cabaret artists. Freek de Jonge and Brigitte Kaandorp, that calibre. She translates their input to her strings. Their experiences intertwine with her music. And a selection of visual artists create appealing projections to go with it. The ultimate goal is to find out which style period we are living in now. How this era will be defined in art history. A splendid project. Lavinia Meijer is more than just a great harpist. With Untitled, she is the curator of a particularly finely crafted museum.
