Composer Day is also being celebrated in style at the station in Arnhem! The program includes the City Song Arnhem by city composer Lucas Wiegerink, performed by music theater choir De Ruimte and trumpeter Sjoerd Pauw (of De Ereprijs).

Arnhem’s well-known singer-songwriter Lavalu will also perform with Waiting, Longest Dream, and Midair. Anne Veinberg also plays: Is a bell… a bell? for toy piano by Vanessa Lann and Patchen by Arnold Marinissen.

The Orkaan Ensemble concludes with the composition that Composer Laureate Anne-Maartje Lemereis created especially for the Day, and two pieces by Steven Kamperman.
