KNM CONTEMPORARIES sees music as an open, communicative and social space. The fifth edition focuses on the music of the younger, international generation of composers in Berlin and transfers their artistic positions into a dialogue. With presentation rounds, evening concerts and workshops in the FAHRBEREITSCHAFT parts warehouse, the festival offers the appropriate experimental framework for a pluralistic forum of today’s composing, listening and discussing.
