Daria Bitsiuk performs Agnus Dei (2010) for solo piano by Maxim Shalygin in two concerts of the London Keys Ensemble’s series on Ukrainian music, beauty and hope. These are intimate, conversation-led evenings of piano and song, with music by Silvestrov, Bortkiewicz, Skoryk, Lysenko and Bridge, among others. The Foundling Museum concert is a charity evening, held on the eve of UNICEF’s World Children’s Day, in support of Ukrainian children affected by the war.
