Michael Fine: ¿Te acuerdas?
Christoph Eschenbach is one of the world’s most renowned conductors. He was mentored by Herbert von Karajan in the early stages of his career and, over the decades, has held a series of prestigious posts with leading orchestras worldwide and conducted many more besides.
Eschenbach will take the helm of the Franz Schubert Filharmonia for the first time in works by two of his very favorite composers: Mozart and Beethoven. This promises to be a very special occasion, offering the opportunity to enjoy the consummate artistry of a conductor steeped in the Germanic tradition.
World premiere of ¿Te acuerdas? by Michael Fine will open the program.
