Oscar van Hemel: Feestouverture

Orchestra Intermezzo has been an ambitious orchestra from the Rotterdam region for over 35 years. Founded in 1981 and led by conductor Coen van der Heide until 2011, it has developed into a full-fledged symphony orchestra. Orchestra Intermezzo has been led by Frank de Groot since 2012 and consists of approximately 60 amateur and professional musicians playing at a high level.

Orchestra Intermezzo will give two concerts in the spring of 2024. To be on the program:

In the nearly 90-year existence of the Netherlands Chamber Choir, many compositions by great contemporary composers have been written especially for the choir.
