Brand new music with a starring role for organ is the driving force behind this special evening. Ensemble Klang and adventurous organist Geerten van de Wetering have previously joined forces, but in this evening-filling epic of a concert they pull out all the stops for the second program in the Orgelanders series.

After a rare performance of Ligeti’s overwhelming Volumina, four Dutch composers will be present, including a world premiere by Rozalie Hirs. Rick van Veldhuizen makes eager use of the pipe organ in his Bruckner-based Nulls & Voids. Not to be missed for all organ lovers and Klang fans!
