Jeroen van Veen has already put this work on CD many times, but this work only really comes into its own when you experience live how this master pianist brings the Canto to life. Jeroen van Veen is famous for his toucher. He is a great advocate of Simeon ten Holt’s music. As a good friend, he visited the composer continuously for many years. The composer therefore praised his interpretation and stated several times that his versions, whether or not together with Sandra van Veen, were the best performances.
