Simeon ten Holt: Canto Ostinato (Vloeimans/Bergwerff)
“Organ and wind instruments are a golden combination, but organ and trumpet are a happy marriage!” Quote Aart Bergwerff, one of the Netherlands’ most versatile organists!
Eric Vloeimans does not shy away from any collaboration and this wonderful combination is the result. Eric Vloeimans, together with organist Aart Bergwerff, will perform a new groundbreaking version of the enchanting Canto Ostinato by composer Simeon ten Holt during the concert on April 28 in Velp. And not only that. Also the inauguration of the extension of the Hess organ (1772) of the Grote Kerk in Velp. All ingredients for an impressive concert!
Performed by these two top musicians who have made their mark in the (inter)national music world.
Afterwards there will be an opportunity to purchase the CD Canto Ostinato – Aart Bergwerff & Eric Vloeimans.
