Simeon ten Holt: Canto Ostinato (Wim te Groen)
Goede Rede Concerten celebrates International Piano Day between March 28 and April 7 with no fewer than six concerts in Goede Rede and Kunstlinie. The program varies from piano solos and a piano duo to a carillon performance. The Almere Piano Days start on Thursday, March 28 – International Piano Day – with a special afternoon program in Goede Rede. There are three small concerts with the theme ‘dancing’, preceded by a carillon performance.
Pianist Wim te Groen kicks off with a mix of dancing and folk music. At 3 p.m. he will play part of the Canto Ostinato by Simeon ten Holt. Finally, at 4 p.m., the duo Ida Wildvank and Felix Justin will take their place at the piano. Together they perform some Slavic dances.
