A new concert series with contemporary music will start at Dat Bolwerck in 2024: Muziekwerck, Young Makers on stage. The aim is to give talented composers and musicians at Dat Bolwerck space for a new sound. As a home for art and thoughts, Bolwerck offers a workshop where sensory experience and becoming aware of our time is central. Every era has its own tasks and ideas, also in music. With the ongoing research and presentation theme of man in the making, Bolwerck wants to be a seedling place where we look through the prism of art at new ideas about the role and development of man. A concert series such as Muziekwerck, Young Makers on stage offers many opportunities for experiment and innovation. In 2024, a surprising concert is scheduled every two months. In this way the organizers provide inspiration for new thoughts.
