The National Symphony Orchestra of Ukraine will be a guest at the Kontrapunkt-Konzerten for the third time. After Schumann’s piano concerto with the pianist Nuron Mukumi, you can relive the incomparable triumph that was triggered by the premiere of Dvořák’s symphony “From the New World” in New York 131 years ago: one of the highlights of late romanticism! The program will open ‘Langsam’ for orchestra by the living Ukrainian composer Victoria Vita Poleva.
