Vladimir Martynov: Beatitudes
Stephan Eicher & Swiss Orchestra – Bridging Pop & Classical Music
After the thrilling conclusion of his “Ode” concert tour in spring 2024, the most renowned Swiss chansonnier, Stephan Eicher, returns to the classical concert stage at the end of May 2025 with a small band and the Swiss Orchestra under the direction of Lena-Lisa Wüstendörfer – composed of first-class instrumentalists of the younger generation. In addition to special arrangements of Eicher songs, the exceptional artist and the symphony orchestra fulfill each other’s musical wishes, thus guaranteeing a unique concert experience. Classical music and pop merge, stylistic and era boundaries are overcome – Swissness with a pioneering spirit. Thus, there are once again new facets and unique soundscapes to discover, not only for die-hard Eicher fans, in four concerts in Geneva, Bern, Zurich and Lucerne.
