MyDonemus is a unique portal offered to composers who sign Framework Agreement with Donemus. Here you can keep an overview of your royalties, update your personal information, submit new scores and much more.
The Dashboard opens at My Works, which shows the overview of your complete royalties, as well as the list of all your works currently in our catalogue. You can follow each title’s trajectory from signing the contract, all the way to the score itself appearing in the Webshop. Once all lights are activated, the final green light (Published) marks the process as complete.
The Dashboard also gives you several further options:
My Financial Overview gives a detailed overview of royalties generated per year, per title and per transaction, going back to 2013. Transactions Overview shows generated royalties, total as well as broken down into Sales, Rentals etc. Here you can also see payments and investments such as production costs. In the graph, you can switch every line on an off, to get closer insight.
At Submit New Work you can start the process of publishing new works: upon entering all required information, a contract will be automatically generated, which can be signed digitally, and you will be able to upload your files instantly. Please make sure that all your files comply to our house style, by following our Editorial Requirements. By submitting your works to Donemus, you confirm that you are in sole copyright of your work, or that you have obtained a permission from other copyright holders to transfer these rights to Donemus.
My Profile allows you to manage information we present about you on our website. You can fill in all sorts of information including your biography, website and other external links. We recommend you keep this information fresh in case of new projects, premieres, releases etc.
The section on My Financial Details keeps information about your bank account number, which is crucial for royalty payments. Make sure this information is current and up to date, otherwise we will not be able to transfer royalties to your account.
My Personal Details is where you inform us about your address, also relevant for administration purposes.
