Next month it’s time again for November Music, the festival that neither goes with the flow nor against it, but showcases new, own flows.
With a large number of composition assignments and around 100 concerts, November Music shows in the 32nd edition how diverse and vital the latest music is. November Music 2024 will take place from November 8 to 17 at various locations in ‘s-Hertogenbosch.
November Music is the festival for all adventurous music lovers. Every year it brings together the most idiosyncratic and progressive makers and musicians from around the world, including great Donemus composers, such as Gerard Beljon, Aftab Darvishi, Jan-Peter de Graaff, Bram Kortekaas, Daan Manneke, Wilma Pistorius, Joey Roukens, Maxim Shalygin, Bart Spaan, Boudewijn Tarenskeen, Jacob ter Veldhuis and Saskia Venegas.
Experience modern composed music, jazz, world music, musical theater, pop, installations and genres that you never thought possible. November Music creates encounters and challenges makers to take the plunge.
What else is there to experience during this 32nd edition? A selection from the programme: Ensemble Modern & Alva Noto, De Staat by Louis Andriessen by Asko|Schönberg & Klang Ensemble, Arooj Aftab, Mayke Nas, Georg Friedrich Haas, Crosscurrent Trio ft. Dave Holland / Chris Potter / Zakir Hussein, Ralph van Raat, Nadar Ensemble, Driss El Maloumi, FAQ festival for electronic music, an extensive children’s and education program and much more.
