Luc Brewaeys Celebrating

On December 18, 2015, composer Luc Brewaeys passed away. The non-profit organization Luc Brewaeys Foundation wants to mark the tenth anniversary of his death and has initiated a commemorative season, “Fasten Seat Belts! Celebrating Luc Brewaeys 2025-2026.”

With the enthusiastic support of numerous orchestras and concert organizers, “Fasten Seat Belts!” has become a compelling tribute. This unique collaboration between Flemish and Brussels cultural partners presents a total of 23 concerts, a publication, and a traveling exhibition.

On November 3 in the Foyer of Opera Antwerp the Luc Brewaeys Foundation organizers an event with a program where that initiative will be lighted up.
