Manneke, Tsoupaki and more; Day of the Composer

On Saturday June 18, 2022, New Music NOW organizes the first Day of the Composer, the motto for this day is Long live the Composer! A celebration of new music. Music by composers active in the Netherlands can be heard throughout the country: not only in concert-halls and theatres, but also from bell-towers, on the street and in living rooms. The NTR and VPRO report live and New Music NOW streams concerts and interviews all day long. Reporters from all over the country will report on this first ever Day of the Composer.

Festival Dag in de Branding, together with our partners, ensures that there are many concerts and activities in The Hague on this day.
